Nadabox Holdings LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), service addresses, return information you submit (including photos), and payment details handled by our processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide pickups and returns, process payments, communicate with you, and calculate your environmental impact. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@nadaboxclub.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level access controls so your information is visible only to you and authorized staff.

This is an initial version and will be expanded before public launch.
