Nadabox SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern participation in text messaging programs offered by Nadabox Holdings LLC (“Nadabox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By providing your mobile phone number, opting into SMS communications, submitting a form containing a phone number, enrolling in a Nadabox service, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from Nadabox, you agree to these SMS Terms.

These SMS Terms supplement Nadabox’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Product announcements

  • Future Nadabox services

Participation in any SMS program is voluntary.

2. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

Nadabox shall not be liable for communications sent to a reassigned number if the user fails to update account information.

Nadabox may restrict access where misuse occurs.

These SMS Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
